A World Music Fusion in the Heart of Toronto
Afrique Nouvelle Musique (ANM) is proud to present Diversité en scène 2026, an intercultural concert bringing together four artists from diverse cultural and musical backgrounds for an evening of world music fusion.
The concert will take place on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 8:00 p.m., at Small World Music Centre, 180 Shaw Street, Toronto. Tickets are $15.
One Stage, Many Cultures
Diversité en scène 2026 creates a musical dialogue between Amazigh and Moroccan traditions, Celtic influences, jazz and West African rhythms.
The lineup features:
Moulay M’Hamed Dammou — a Moroccan Amazigh singer and musician based in Montreal, whose work celebrates the richness of Morocco’s Amazigh culture and heritage.
Billy Boulet — a Quebec multi-instrumentalist from northwestern Abitibi whose musical world includes saxophones, flutes, bagpipes and harmonicas. His work explores connections between jazz, Celtic, classical and world music.
Hassan El Hadi — a Moroccan-born singer-songwriter and accomplished oud player from Marrakech. His music draws on Arab-Berber and Andalusian traditions while incorporating contemporary and jazz influences. He performs on oud, loutar, gambri, banjo and crotales.
Tamsir Seck — a Senegalese multidisciplinary artist whose work focuses particularly on traditional African music and dance. With a background in music and dramatic arts, he is also committed to artistic education and cultural transmission.

Through Diversité en scène, Afrique Nouvelle Musique continues its commitment to cultural diversity, artistic creation and intercultural dialogue within Toronto’s Francophone community. The event invites audiences to discover different musical traditions and experience the creative energy that emerges when artists from diverse backgrounds share the same stage.
